Singing Bowl

This hand-hammered brass singing bowl will take your meditation, reiki or sound healing practice to the next level. To use, make sure the bowl is resting flat in your hand or on a safe, sturdy surface. Strike the outside edge of the bowl with your mallet and press firmly as you move around the edge in a circular motion. You will hear the beautiful sound radiate and feel the calming vibrations flow through you, amplifying your intentions.
